All classes are 55 minutes long unless otherwise listed.

Pilates Mat Level I: This group class introduces you to the Pilates methods, guiding you
through the mat exercises at a beginners level. Focusing on the “powerhouse” or core
(abdomen, lower back, hips, and buttocks) this unique method of stretching and strengthening
exercises helps tone muscle, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and
mind, and creates a more stream lined shape. ( no previous experience is necessary.)
Pilates with Props: This group class uses the resist-a-ball, Foam rollers, and Ultra fit circles to
add resistance and balance challenges to the original mat work. Correcting Posture, improve
range of motion and flexibility, improve circulation, improve Core Strength, Prevent/eliminate
back, neck and joint pain, and become Longer and Leaner. ( No previous experience of Pilates
is necessary.)
Pilates with Props II: This group class is a continuation of level I Pilates with Props. Using the
resist-a-ball, Foam rollers, and Ultra fit circles. Taking your body further along in the quest for
total body fitness. MUST PRE-REGISTER 24 HOURS PREVIOUS TO CLASS TIME
Spinning: Spinning is an indoor aerobic conditioning program utilizing stationary exercise
bikes. It is performed in a group setting with the help of an instructor. Spinning increases
aerobic capacity and endurance, increases leg strength and protects against injury.
Participants ride their bikes at levels of varying intensity, from hills to valleys. Bring bottled water
and be prepared to sweat as you burn away a lot of calories.
Children's Dance Class: Two classes one for children 3-4 and one for children 5-7 yrs old.
Introductory dance class incorporating Creative Movement and basic ballet and Tap terms and
steps. Proper dance attire required. (Leotard, tights and ballet shoes).
Qigong/Tai Chi: This class is an introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong. Focusing on stretching,
warming up, and moving meditation. This method of fitness has been proven to help insomnia,
stress-related disorders, depression, back pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, immune-
deficiency and problems with cardiovascular, respiratory, bioelectric, lymphatic, digestive and
nervous systems. Running for six weeks starting June 20th.
Zumba: Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Zumba combines Latin rhythms
with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that burns a lot of calories and is fun
and easy to follow. The name Zumba is derived from a Colombian word meaning to move fast
and have fun! All age and fitness levels welcome! Bring water and wear supportive shoes.
Kripalu Yoga: Each class begins with a centering, bringing the attention inward, then moving
into gentle warm-ups before gradually entering into classic yoga postures, finishing with a period
of rest. Emphasis is placed on bringing awareness to the breath, maintaining a steady, smooth
and deep inhalation and exhalation. There is room for Every Body in this class.
Restorative Yoga: In this gentle yoga class we will steady the mind by finding a relaxed
breathing rhythm and do poses that calm the sympathetic nervous system and increase the
parasympathetic system. All asanas, postures will be supported with blocks, straps, blankets
and even the wall. Please bring any props that you have... blocks, blankets, straps, etc...
Work the Circuit: Functional training with a “Cardio Kick“!!! Get ready to “Work the Circuit” in
10, 45, and 60 second intervals moving from strength to cardio stations.
